1998 — early 2000s
CargoMaster — Beirut
Logistics, operations, IT
Joined the family freight-forwarding business founded in 1985. Led the logistics department: air, sea, express freight, consolidation, removals, dangerous goods, customs. Oversaw the information system, website and servers. ISO follow-up. COBOL → Visual Basic, then VB → .NET migrations.
Early 2000s
First entrepreneurial project
Brand activation & distribution
Built a commercial concept and won a major international client while still a university student.
~2003-2005
Surtag — Print on demand
Co-founder
Early platform for on-demand photo printing (mugs, t-shirts, posters, ID photos). The internet was too slow at the time, but the intuition was right — the experience remains foundational.
2000s-2010s
Levant Express & executive exposure
Event preparation & relations
Took part in major industry events. Contracts with Vanguard, Gondrand and other key players. Life inside a diplomatic and executive network (Alliance Club, Union of French Citizens in Lebanon).

iShip — International e-commerce platform
Co-founder & operations
10 years operating an international buy-and-ship service (USA, Europe, UAE, China to the Middle East). Lived through COVID, wars and Lebanon's financial collapse. Deep schooling in operational resilience.

Syria expansion
International development
Extension of operations into Syria — complex environment, multicultural teams, constant adaptation to local constraints.

Move to Brittany — Lamballe
SME and family-business advisory
Settled in France, in Lamballe. Launched an advisory practice dedicated to Breton SMEs and family businesses. Integration of modern tools: Supabase, generative AI, no-code / low-code web apps, practical automation.
